  Worst experience I have ever had. I arrived at the store for help with an SD card and needed help with the phone that I bought from AT&T. In hopes that one of their employees could show me how to transfer my images, videos..etc... Over to the SD card and the employee had no idea how to even work the phone. I felt like the 40 minute drive from my home was a complete waste of my time. If you are going to sell such a phone (Phoenix LG) then at least have employees that know their product. In addition of traveling another 40 minutes home with nothing gained I ended up deleting photos that are dear to me in trying to figure it out myself... I will never come here again.
