  CVFP needs to understand that service is more important than anything else. Consumers expect that a licensed physician know how to diagnose and treat their patients, but if you leave out good customer service, it will harm your business and invite bad reviews (like this one).
  
  This weekend we went to CVFP and used their app, which allows us to schedule an appointment and get notified when to come in with no wait. So, we were notified and immediately came in.
  
  Needless to say, when we got there we waited over an hour in the lobby. Only one other person was there. After over an hour they called us back and waited longer. This is unacceptable.
  
  Further, on the weekends, it appears that CVFP is ran by physician assistants, and not licensed M.D.'s. I dont want some one is not a physician ti diagnos and treat and prescribe the medicine.
  
  Unless there is no other option, it's better to just walk-in, and if so, try to wait until you can see a real doctor, not just someone who tries to play one. (By the way, they didn't offer to tell us we were not seeing a doctor).
  
  I thought CVFP meant Central Virginia Family PHYSICIANS?
