  This place has most certainly changed for the worse. I had not been there in a while, so I went to get a chicken salad sandwich the other day. It took too long to get my sandwich and when I did, the bread was dry, tough and tasted old which is not what I am accustomed to. There was less chicken salad than there used to be on my sandwich and I had to remove the one small tomato from my sandwich because it was mushy. I definetly do not think I will be returning to this establishment again. Panera Bread might be a little more pricey, but I will stick to that since a get what I pay for. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone anymore.
